WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AFFECTED BY THE SHUT DOWN?
Any made-to-order, laser engraved product is not currently for sale. This includes personalization, our holiday limited edition designs, and laser engraved sports licensed drinkware.

WHEN WILL THE LASERS BE WORKING AGAIN?
We do not have a firm date for when personalized laser engraving will be up and running again. We are working diligently to get things up and running as quickly as possible. Feature and products will probably been reintroduced in phases, not all at once.

DOES THIS AFFECT BULK CUSTOM?
While our bulk custom clients may experience longer waits for their orders for a few weeks while we move equipment, we are working hard to make sure that this portion of the business keeps working. We know that our bulk custom clients rely on us to support their businesses, and we are committed to keeping things working for you.
