Bulk custom orders generally require 2-3 weeks from order placement to in hand delivery. Expedited services for production and shipping are available, but may incur additional fees. If you have the need for an expedited timeline, reach out to your rep or custom@simplemodern.com.
Bulk custom orders are able to be shipped worldwide.
For orders outside the US shipment is available via: - A freight forwarder. - Customer shipping accounts. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total. We are not able to calculate these ahead of time and consider them the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of customization, all bulk custom sales are final. Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty which covers broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties, but general wear and tear like dents and scratches or logo degradation are not.

Send an email to support@simplemodern.com and request a pre-paid shipping label to use for return. Your order will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse.
Since all personalized or custom engraving orders are permanently customized to your liking, they are not eligible for returns.

Simple Modern tests products through independent, properly accredited testing labs to ensure this compliance. In addition, we meet the testing standards and independent review and approval of our many distribution and licensing partners.

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.
