HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Customers are automatically opted in to the Simple Modern Family when they create a SimpleModern.com account. You can view your account status at SimpleModern.com/account or from the Account tab in the navigation menu.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Points can be exchanged for products from the Simple Modern Family page at SimpleModern.com/family. Points can also be exchanged for coupons during the checkout process.

HOW LONG WILL MY POINTS LAST?

Points expire after one year of account inactivity. Purchases and reward redemptions are considered account activity.

HOW DO THE DIFFERENT TIERS WORK?

Tier status is calculated based on a dynamic, 12 month rolling period that starts when a new tier is earned. Loyalty members must continue to spend tier threshold amounts to maintain tier status.

WHY CAN'T I REFER MY FRIEND?

The most common reason is that your friend already has an account with us. Referals are for new customers only.

WHY DIDN'T I GET MY BIRTHDAY POINTS?

A way to abuse the birthday campaign is to insert a fake birthday just to get the reward. We assume that in these cases, the user will input a very close date in time in order to get the reward very quickly. If a customer enters a date that is within 30 days, we will give the birthday reward in a delay of 30 days from the date of entry - this is only relevant for customers who entered dates that are within 30 days.

HOW MUCH ARE MY POINTS WORTH?

One hundred points can be redeemed for a $5 coupon.

CAN I PERSONALIZE A FREE PRODUCT?

No, we cannot add personalization to a product redeemed with points. However, coupons can be applied to orders with personalized items.

CAN I GET POINTS FOR PAST PURCHASES?

No, everyone started earning points at the launch of the program.

CAN I RECEIVE POINTS FOR MY WHOLESALE PURCHASES?

No, the loyalty program is for non-business customers only. Bulk custom orders are considered wholesale orders and are not eligible for loyalty program participation.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER MY PURCHASE AND RECEIVE A REFUND, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY LOYALTY POINTS?

In the event of a refund, points will be deducted from your account in accordance with the amount of the refund.
